GetWellNetwork Client Community Reports Improved Clinical Outcomes, Patient Satisfaction and Operational Performance
Interactive Patient Care (IPC) technology helps patients and families take an active role in their health journey
Bethesda, Md., May 21, 2014 – GetWellNetwork®, Inc., the leader in Interactive Patient Care™ (IPC) solutions, today announced that members of its client community continue to advance outcomes in patient satisfaction, quality and safety, and finance and operations through patient and family engagement.
“As patient and family engagement becomes increasingly recognized as a core strategy to meet the Triple Aim, leading health care providers are seeking ways to better activate patients across all care settings,” said David Wright, chief outcomes officer for GetWellNetwork. “Integrating IPC technology into the care process helps patients manage their health status, leading to improved clinical outcomes, a better patient experience and a lower cost of care. This is what our client community continues to demonstrate.”
Florida Hospital Celebration Health, part of the Florida Hospital network and Adventist Health System, has leveraged IPC to drive significant quality, safety and performance improvements. Celebration Health reports significant and continuing increases in patient satisfaction across all HCAHPS composite areas since integrating IPC into daily practice.
