The GetWellNetwork Management Console includes resources that can benefit administrators and staff by providing access to relevant data at-a-glance. Three central resources are available in the Management Console: the My Patients Tab with Patient Profiles, the Outcomes Achievement Plan Dashboard, and the Executive Dashboard. The My Patients Tab with Patient Profiles helps nurses and clinicians manage patient needs and key experience metrics. The Outcomes Achievement Plan Dashboard tracks hospital performance on targeted outcomes to keep everyone aligned and accountable to the hospital's priority initiatives. The Executive Dashboard helps administrators and nurse management readily analyze patient utilization data.
My Patients Tab with Patient Profiles
The My Patients Tab provides an aggregate view of patient data. Patients can be sorted by unit, room and specific bed assignment or by individual patient name. This enables nurses and staff to quickly order education, send messages to patients, and manage key patient experience metrics like discharge readiness or fall risk scores. Nurses and staff can quickly prioritize and identify patients that may need additional support. For more detailed information on specific patients, staff can access an individual patient profile.
The Patient Profile provides relevant measures of a specific patient's experience. This enables nurses and staff to take action by knowing exactly what's happening with a patient, what tasks are outstanding, and what should happen next. Staff can view which patients have completed their education, how many have been taught about their medications, and which patients have completed the necessary steps for discharge. For hospitals that have not yet implemented an EMR system, the Patient Profile can be printed. The printed profile provides a record of all patient education and interactions with the GetWellNetwork system and accommodates a barcode for scanning.
Outcomes Achievement Plan Dashboard
The Outcomes Achievement Plan Dashboard tracks the hospital's strategic goals for performance improvement. Performance improvement is measured against baseline performance in the areas of patient satisfaction, quality and safety, and finance and operations. Tracking the hospital's performance provides visibility to all levels of hospital staff. This visibility encourages staff to remain focused on the initiatives designated by the hospital as top priority. Additionally, hospital leaders can actively monitor progress enabling them to modify their strategies as needed.
The Executive Dashboard helps administrators and nurse management readily analyze patient utilization data. You can view facility-wide or individual unit reports. Utilization reports organize patient data to help hospital leaders understand the relationship between the patient's experience and the impact of patient engagement.
