GetWellNetwork empowers patients to take a more active role in the care process by learning more about their condition, communicating with caregivers, preparing for discharge, and caring for themselves at home. Each patient is prompted with patient-specific education and care tasks by our patent-pending Patient Pathways workflow technology. Patient Pathways utilize best practice templates that invite patients, at the appropriate time, to learn about their condition, medications, and safety so they’re more involved in their care.

Educational videos from Krames Staywell, available in both English and Spanish, cover a variety of conditions and procedures including mental health disorders like Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Patients can access My HealtheVet enabling them to see their wellness reminders, view appointments, participate in secure messaging with their health care team and access links to federal and veteran benefits.

Through our partnership with Document Storage Solutions (DSS), GetWellNetwork exchanges data seamlessly with VistA. Using HL7 standards and web services, GetWellNetwork accesses data from your HIT systems to deliver a personalized patient experience while returning data back to VistA for documentation and interaction with staff.
