Our engineers and technology experts have developed the first digital platform to engage patients throughout the patient journey using the most advanced software and hardware available. The GetWellNetwork system leverages our patent-pending Patient Pathways workflow technology to prompt meaningful interactions with the patient by leveraging patient specific data pulled from the various hospital information systems. Each patient is prompted with on-screen messages to engage with important care tasks both in the hospital and beyond. Patients and families can access pre-admission and post-discharge education via GetWell@Home.
Our system places the patient at the center of their care unlike traditional, provider-centric solutions or systems adapted from the hospitality industry. GetWellNetwork connects the patient with technology that adapts the care environment to their individualized needs – not the other way around.
The hardware consists of a client console and input device(s), such as a keyboard and remote, in the patient room. Those patient tools are connected to remote servers which can be managed through web-based clinician tools. For hospitals running GetWellNetwork in multiple facilities, a central enterprise server configuration is available. The enterprise server configuration provides redundancy, better performance and reduced cost.
