It’s been a year since I first reached out to you about the COVID-19 pandemic. At the time, I shared the innovation GetWellNetwork had rapidly put in place — mobile solutions available immediately to help keep patients safe at home and protect employees from infection.
It felt like everything we had ever built, worked on, or planned for had led to this moment. As I wrote then, and still feel deeply, “this is why I am here, and this is why we exist.” This was our purpose.
That was then. Where are we now?
While the COVID-19 intensity remains, we are proud that as of today we have enrolled more than 500,000 patients across the United States through your command centers and patient outreach efforts. We are grateful for your partnership, and stand in awe of the compassion and resilience of your teams.
In the recent KLAS report, Vendor Performance in Response to the COVID-19 Crisis, GetWellNetwork was ranked among the top 5 large suppliers for our response to COVID-19. We are proud of developing technology that offers an effective way to help clients manage patients who test positive for COVID-19.
We are energized by this recognition, by this undertaking, and by the testimonies of our customers during an incredibly turbulent and emotional time. The healthcare heroes on the front lines deserve every bit of praise we can muster, and we’re grateful every day to be able to support them.
