Reducing the risk and incidence of falls through Veteran engagement

One of the principal reasons patients fall is because they are unaware of their risk. As part of hospital safety efforts, some VAMCs are using GetWellNetwork to educate Veterans on their risk and are seeing up to double-digit declines in the number of falls and falls with injury.
