Rick Juneja, Senior Vice President of Professional Services, leads the strategic growth and management of Get Well’s software delivery and support organization. He oversees cross-functional teams responsible for project management, content configuration, and technical services and support to ensure Get Well exceeds the expectations of our global client base.
Rick brings nearly two decades of experience in client support, retention, and relationship management and SaaS operations to the company. Guided by a blend of expertise in technical, professional services, and operational leadership, he evaluates and implements processes and procedures that balance support growth and the operational and financial expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
Prior to joining Get Well, Rick held leadership roles at OPower and Oracle, where he improved the professional services margin by 40% in 24 months and was a key player in growing ARR by more than $120M and increasing FTE-count from 80 to more than 600, respectively.
His technology experience also includes leadership roles at Amazon, Accenture, and Alvarez & Marsal.
Rick earned a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and holds a Master of Arts in sociology and gerontology and a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry from Miami University.
